Jeremy Rosenthal

Jeremy and his wife Gwen have been in the orbit of IKAR since the early days and are longtime members.  Jeremy believes that IKAR is critical to ongoing transformation of American Judaism and is one of the building blocks for an inclusive, diverse, proactive and relevant Judaism.  IKAR empowers an intense, meaningful and stimulating Judaism that challenges us all to be better people while also speaking our spiritual and religious needs. IKAR drives us to actions that make the world a better place one step at a time.  To paraphrase Hemingway, change happens gradually and then suddenly.  IKAR is driving that change.

Professionally, Jeremy helps companies in distress work through their financial and operational difficulties with Force 10 Partners.  Prior to joining Force 10 Partners, Jeremy was a partner in the restructuring group of the law firm Sidley Austin LLP.  Jeremy also sits on the board of Youth Emerging Stronger (YES) which provides housing and support for homeless and foster youth and Camp Ramah of California, a Jewish summer camp.

Jeremy received his J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
