GET INVOLVED WITH IKAR!

Critical to our community is that we not only talk about building community and healing the world, but that we actually do it! We are in the process of developing a volunteer network will help IKAR people figure out their most meaningful contributions to our community, to our city and to our world.

In addition we are thrilled to announce a new program called The Isaiah Initiative that will allow volunteers to help raise money for IKAR while they are doing good.

There are many ways for you to get involved. Please check the boxes next to the activity(ies) in which you are interested:

Shabbat: Help us continue to make the IKAR Shabbat experience possible! We need 5 volunteers every work to help with Shabbat greeting, setting up and breaking down. Hesed: Spread joy to IKAR-ites by volunteering to make and/or deliver meals or Shabbat baskets in your neighborhood, as we face challenging or glorious life-cycle events. Learn more... PATH: IKAR needs 7 volunteers to make and/or serve dinner at PATH - People Assisting the Homeless -- on the 3rd Thursday of every month. High Holy Days: Get involved in the behind the scenes magic of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur at IKAR. Volunteer Coordinating: Do you love utzing people to get involved? Then this is the job for you!
