Spring/Summer 2012 Parent & Me
IKAR's Parent & Me focuses on nurturing friendship, curiosity, respect, and Jewish identity for young children and their parents. During each class, we will learn together through music, art, and play. Our parent discussions will focus on both the takhlis (nitty gritty) of parenting and also on what it means to be a Jewish parent.
The Winter 2012 session of IKAR's Parent & Me offers three different classes:
Thursday Shabbat Classes
Dates: 4/26 5/3 5/10 5/17 5/24 5/31 6/14 6/28 7/12 7/19
Toddler class (ages 1 through nursery school age; must be walking), 9:00am-10:30am -- $300 per family
Infant class (ages birth through one year), 11:30am-12:30pm -- $250 per family
Sunday Class
Dates: 4/22 4/29 5/13 5/20 6/3 6/10 7/1 7/8 7/15 7/22
Mixed age class (birth through nursery school age) 9:30am-11:00am -- $300 per family
Classes will be facilitated by IKAR's Early Childhood Director, Beth Weisman, and other members of our highly qualified and passionate IKAR ECC faculty.
